Our company is located in Auckland, New Zealand. All online orders are sent from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. We send out Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Orders over $85.00 are sent free of charge. We have 2 shipping options for orders under $85.00. 

  • Air Tracked (for PO Box & Rural addresses, tracked) $9.95
  • Express (All other addresses, tracked. No PO Box or Rural Addresses) $11.95

Orders over $85 with free shipping will be sent Express unless you are Rural or its going to a PO Box. All deliveries will be sent tracked to your door Air-tracked orders will be left without a signature.

For International Orders (countries apart from NZ and Aus) please expect 3 - 5 weeks delivery.  international Orders are sent tracked with the Post Office. Delays could be due to lockdowns, less staff, or customs delays.  Customs Duties and Taxes may be required by your country before receiving the goods.  Taxes and Duties are not included in the Shipping Fee.  Refunds will not be given if a customer refuses to pay Customs Fees or Duties.  Thank you.
